Context generator is building into home directory of invoker #6

The JSON-LD context generator is currently building into ~/LDContext/R4/R5. We need to enhance the script to build the contexts locally and then to zip them up into some well known/documented place

I would propose that we:

1) Generate into an "ldcontext" directory in the publish output. 2) Point all tests at this directly -- the example files carry a relative path to the appropriate contexts 3) Generate a zip file in the publish directory as well that can be pulled just like the examples, etc.
