Remember: 2-3 areas are enough to change in such a short time, so it's better to focus on a few, get them nailed, and then choose another area.

I have recently learned that as computers do more technical stuff, what we currently learn in PD sessions: things like communication skills, solving problems together, and understanding the needs of the user will be even more important in tech jobs. hence my greater focus on PD tasks!
