The challenge name will be the default suggestion for the file name when downloading the file from the builder. If the challenge name is the default name and the user changes the file in the "save as" prompt, then the challenge name is set to that. If the user purposely changed the challenge name earlier, then suggest that in the prompt but don't change it if the file name name is different.
Challenge Name will also be used when selecting a challenge from a file on the server.
