Request - order of arrangements, and section #14

As of right now, bass is always the default arrangement when opening a tan created b From the converter. It would make much more sense of it was ordered just like in the game: lead, rhythm, bass. Also,in gpx the sections (for instance intro, guitar solo, chorus etc.) are identified but only as text above the measure. It would make much more sense to use guitar pro 6 section function which keys you to jump readonly from section to section. Just my. 2$ the soft is great regardless:)

The arrangements are currently ordered alphabetically. You can change the order with the -a parameter, though. I'll look into a more sensible default.

Sections, however, are problematic. The reason I chose to use text for now is that sections differ between arrangements. Guitar Pro's sections, however, are global and shared by all tracks. And that creates a bit of a problem. On some songs it might be straight-forward to merge them together in a sensible way, but I'm not yet sure that is true for all songs.

Thanks, you're right the sections are global but that does not change anything, because they're is even number of measures across all tracks. I don't think there is anything wrong with having a "guitar solo" indicated when looking at the bass track only. As a matter of fact authorized tablature for bass for example would have that too (because it happens at that time in the song)

I'll look into - a parameter, thanks.

I see what you mean. Just opened song Godzilla in guitar pro and it was out of sync as a result of different starting points. In that case global section would make no sense on the score...
