Endless Loop #285

After multiple SD card errors and a completely unusable device, I was hoping the new version might help. Instead of doing that, the device is now stuck in an endless loop:

-Asks to wipe to switch to new formatting with warning, proceed? -Migrating: Formatting storage runs for about 2 min. -Device crashes and generates crash.zip (Error says: Bus fault, or cannot acquire GUI lock in time, alternatingly each cycle...) -Device restarts and says: Formatting SD (The white screen) -And finally back to the warning, all data will be lost when reformatting the storage.

Ran that now 4 times, cannot break out of that loop. Tried to the the manual wipe to, got to "no firmware" Tried again with both, 269 and 270, stuck back in loop.

I have the same problem: strato_270-01 strato_270-02 strato_270-03 strato_270-04

I can confirm this bug as it appears on few of our devices, we are working on it.

Mine had the same behavior, I used the manual formatting to get to no firmware and downgraded to 268. That was the first one to work again, I guess because there is no forced migration of the storage included.

Also, the driver on windows changed - so I guess it still kept the new file system somehow? I had to manually change it to be able to copy any files back onto the device...

How did you the "manual formatting"?
