Bluetooth Connection fails #485

I'm having trouble connecting. I've already tried it with Android 12 and 11. I just can't connect to xctrack. Connect yes with Le, but no data transmission. Also tested it with a USB cable and unfortunately that doesn't work either. Is there more Person with this problems?

I have the same issue with SeeYouNavigator. It connects, but no data is flowing. I can get it to work if I use unpair all in the starto bluetooth menu and forget the bluetooth connection in android. If I then reconnect/pair it, it works.

Could you explain to me how you do that? Unfortunately, I can't pair it once, unfortunately it doesn't data at all. Pair yes, but no data.Actually, it is advertised that it works, but unfortunately not for me.

I have a similar issue connecting Strato to an iPhone running Naviter Navigator. The first time I connect the two devices through Navigator, a pairing code is displayed on both the Strato and the iOS system Bluetooth pairing (not in Navigator, but the underlying phone operating system). After pairing, the Strato successfully delivers telemetry data to Navigator for the duration of the session. But if I close Navigator or turn off Strato, the connection is broken the next time I power the devices. To get it working again, I need to delete the device in Navigator, delete it in iOS Bluetooth settings, and clear all pairing information in the Strato Bluetooth menu.

I also have a Skydrop vario. It connects successfully to Navigator without pairing handshakes (pin codes). The vario appears connected directly to Navigator and invisible to iOS.

If it would be possible to let Strato connect to devices with BLE without the pairing procedure, it would be great. The current process is cumbersome and slightly frustrating.
