Baseline: UI issues #26

Clicking Follow-up takes you to survival status data Clicking Baseline, Treatment & Toxicity, Annual Follow-up, etc keeps opening up new explorer tabs Clicking Follow-up then any of the options (pregnancy, progression, etc) gives a "404-Not Found" error

This is worth exploring as it seems the survival status data sits within the data object called 'Follow up'. So it doesn't seem inappropriate to keep the data together. I think it mainly comes down to what is best for the user.

I've fixed the issue with links opening in new tabs and the 404 errors.
