UK Registry / BaseLine / Type of cancer

In the UK registry we have this field 'Cancer'

This seems to open up the following folow

• sCancerSite
• dtCancerDate
• sCancerRemissionStatus

I just wanted to point out that this doesn't seem to be present in the Hammersmith registry. There is a follow up malignancy form, however these fields seem to be specific to baseline. If this is the case, I will add the fields for UK registry records only.

Is there a drop-down list I should be using for these fields? If so, please could I have the dropdown options for site and status?

In Hammersmith database malignancy is in baseline. Please use the followup drop-down list from the Hammersmith followup malignancy form. For remission status use complete response, partial response, stable disease, refractory disease.

Could I ask where malignancy is in Hammersmith database baseline?

Perhaps it's on this page if you toggle some field?
