A bunch of changes for julia 0.5 including:

changed the minimum julia version to 0.4 because ZipFile.jl require a minimum of julia 0.4
added travis build for 0.5
added support for Float16
fix deprecation warnings for Dict, ASCIIString etc while still being compatible with 0.4
