Migrate to RethinkDB #303

Move away from MongoDB — many high-profile organization have run into trouble with it. Rethink is a good alternative.

Only issue is #284 — need to find a place to store images (locally?).

Closing for now. Not necessary at the moment, plus we need Mongo's GridFS.
