Deploy to Heroku #350

Use Heroku, because it's free. Here's the addons we'll use.

What needs to be done:

[x] Change all of the configuration to using/parsing URLs instead of taking from Yaml.
[x] Make sure the refresh works (can probably use Pusher again, no Faye).
[x] Move MongoDB data (and GridFS files) to MongoHQ.
[x] Adjust times (something messes with them on Heroku: they're 4 hours ahead).
[x] Change domain to use Heroku instead of EC2.

Services that need to be configured:

[x] MongoHQ
[x] Redis To Go
[x] MemCachier
[x] Pusher
[x] Sentry
