Health API failing #369

The recent Padrino update likely caused this.

This may cause issues with the new Heroku pricing — because the JS will ping the server every 30 seconds or so, it'll spin up the dyno again...

Thanks for the heads up. I do want to see what Heroku's report thinks in a few months though.
