Fix Autopost Facebook in SNAP Plugin #18

In order to make the auto post feature work again of the SNAP plugin for facebook, the account of Lukas has to be replaced with another account from them and re-authorized.

Create account and reauthorize it in Plugin. Plugin can only hold one account if not payed.
