No on logged in user if no Fristname and Lastname

Currently the website shows not the link to the user profile, once he is logged in, if he has no Firstname and Lastname set in his profile.

Fixed it by showing the nickname, which is required, if the user has not set his Firstname and Lastname.

Edited: header.php --> starting line 93
