iPhone 5s - Bluetooth error #33

iphone 5s often does not get any beacons - an empty array is coming. After restarting or reseting the network setting it gets the beacons for a certain time

If on iPhone 5s and it is in the klosterneuburg wifi and it gets after a certain time empty arrays - show dialog which gives the restart info

no problems for now with iPhone SE

if in correct wifi and able beacon array is empty for 5 times > show info dialog with option to unlock all timeline locations
