VSCode Timeouts #28

Describe the bug Sometimes the code server gets stuck and stops responding

Additional context The last log entry is: "Updating additional builtin extensions cache". Browser logs report that ".local/share/code-server/User/customBuiltinExtensionsCache.json" was not accessible after VS Code get forcefully stopped.
Not sure where the problem is.
