Describe the solution you'd like VS Code in every Image, with fitting language support.

Some (non open source) extensions are not available in VS Code forks for legal reasons, such as the code-server. See here: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/31168

This also affects us, as we can not preinstall them for users. Users could however add the regular marketplace to the extension gallery manually and install missing extensions them self locally.

Currently working on multistage build to reduce the amount of copy pasta in base images and cuda install. See commit 0cb98af
