The incorporation of code related to OpenML in RTD and the unit tests caused huge delays during workflow processing. However, the wrapper and related howtos are running properly. Problems occured with current version 0.12.2 and hopefully it will be solved in higher versions...

The problems of inpredictable delay seem to be solved by OpenML API version 0.14.2 and the corresponding adjustments of our wrapper code...
