Bug: Unit Test Failed due to numpy 2 (Windows) #13

1 Describe the bug Numpy has introduced its latest version of 2.0.0+. Meanwhile, SB3 has not updated its package with respect to it, which leads to an error.

2 To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove "numpy>=1.0.0,<=1.26.4" in requirements.txt as well as related files
  2. Run the unit test manually
  3. Check whether errors remains occur
