Refact: Renaming of OATask, OAWorkflow, OAScenario #1056

Motivation With regards to further sub-packages in MLPro-OA the mentioned classes should be renamed:

OATask -> OAStreamTask
OAWorkflow -> OAStreamWorkflow
OAScenario -> OAStreamScenario

Benefit Clear naming of classes.

Are the proposed changes backward compatible?
