Motivation The data types mentioned in sub-package mlpro.bf.streams shall be redefined to enable better diagnostics/debugging.

[x] InstType: int -> str
[x] InstTypeNew: 0 -> '+'
[x] InstTypeDel: 1 -> '-'

Benefit Better diagnostics/debugging of stream processes.
