RL: Takeover Environment PSM

PSM means Peristaltic Sortation Machine. It is one of the laboratory plants of our group and the goal is to take over existing simulation code and transfer it into a native MLPro environment implementation.

Internal contact is Sharafath. He has various simulation code based on Matlab/Simulink and Python.

The decision is for this issue to be parked. Reason being that the take over would take more resources than available and it would be out of the scope for a simple take over procedure.

The environment take over could be done in the future after the paper about the python environment has been published with a clear reasoning on why the simplified functions could take on the DEM simulation. Taking over the DEM simulation itself also requires extensive resources unless a collaboration is initiated with the original author.
