Bug: Howto RL-AGENT-011/021/022, RL-ATT-003, RL-MB-001 #845

1 Describe the bug These howtos cause an error during RTD build. ("out of memory").

The related rst files are temporarily removed/disabled from rtd. The howtos itself are temporarily disabled in ./test/test_examples.py.

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

I'll try to solve this by removing RTD docstring extraction from all howtos...
