Bug: RTD - PDF generation fails

1 Describe the bug After merging something to main the PDF output generation fails. We temporarily solved the problem by disabling the PDF functionality in file ./.readthedocs.yaml, line 18/19.

1. Enable the PDF functionality in ./readthedocs.yaml
2. Commit/Merge to main
3. Observe the build in rtd

Potential solution: Remove the auto-build of the header in the RTD of each howto file
