summary.CBFM.R help file remains to be done and need to firmed up after coverage results from simulations come through.

Add confint functions, after summary is done

We are getting there! summary2.CBFM done, but needs prettying up, and maybe along with print.summary.CBFM

summary.CBFM updated for now. More could be done, but I think that would be more out of "boredom" or if users really wanted something.
