Add sample files and update the README.md #4

Sample Jupyter Notebook files have been added to show sample calculations.

README.md file has been updated to include more information.

@fhvermei I didn't change any code with this PR. I only added the sample files, created an empty directory for the ML files to be added, and updated the README.md to add more information. You should check out the new README file here

I will merge it if you are fine with it.
