Fix uncertainty calculations and outpus #5

This will fix uncertainty calculation for logS_298K and consistently output standard deviations as uncertainty.

The output cdv file will save the uncertainty name as stdev to clarify that it corresponds to standard deviation.

@fhvermei I will also modify the sample Jupyter notebooks to include the correct uncertainties within today and merge this pull request.
