8 years ago I have the same problem, only in my case most of the times no plane is reconized and so the teapot almost never shows up, and when it does the position is not relative to the plane =|
Nice work. I run it on my phone and found that the system is not working. Rotating the camera and the grid and teapot seems moving to the opposite direction. I am working on PTAM for unity currently, I think this is because of the difference between coordinate system. the world to camera matrix could not be used directly in unity3D, however, I fail to find the solution. Hopefully you could fixed this. Thanks!
