可否考虑添加js failover？ #90

近日发现我所在地区无法访问jsDeliver，导致网页无法加载。 希望能有failover机制，在CDN访问失败时从本地加载js。 谢谢。

感谢反馈，我最近也在查有时脚本有时完全加载不到的问题，的确可能是 CDN 的问题，会尽快添加。
