Description of the issue

For the deployed admin-portal application to make calls to the FIA API (on staging), the FIA API key (encryped) needs to be added to the relevant admin-portal file on the gitops repo.

After several discussions as to how to accomplish this task without compromising the security of any API KEYs (given the public nature of the repository and containers). A solution has finally been established.
