Does several things to ensure that the connection to Kafka, and the function of rundetection in a cluster makes sense.

Changed the expected ActiveMQ input to be a topic instead of a queue, due to containers terminating and reconnecting to the queue leading to load-balancing behaviour and missed messages
Added environment variables for giving Kafka IP addresses.
Improved logging when connecting to Kafka
