Add and modify the code from the common-nexus-ingest project into this repository

This should be modified to:

Return NexusMetadata instead of outputting xml files
Hold the nexus mapping internally instead of an external mapping.xml file
Trim out the collected metadata that is currently collected that is not needed by run-detection
