download: file download works not #10

I have added a category and file successfully. If I go to the detail page in 
the front end an click the download button, the file will not loading. I get no 
file.

In the upload folder, the file is available. (It was a ZIP file)

the previous file for handling the download was deleted (mistake), need a 
rework of the link. started to add the op again

I tested the latest rev.35 and the download works now. Maybe we can close this 
ticket?
