download: set a download as updated #12

If edit a download and set the option "Set Updated? " to YES, you can see in
the front end page (singledownload) a blank page only after the changes.

The "Published Date" will not change also, although I set the download to
"updated".

I can see an icon for in the singlefile for an updates file. But the date is
the same old one. The bad thing is, if you have (for example) the block
"download list", than you can find the latest (newest) downloads.
But if you don't set the updated date, the download will not be present on this
block. In my eyes, an updated file is a new one too.

I will add an option for you to see the download date, if its's bigger than 0,
but don't think about the blocks yet. The block is called "recent files", not
"updated files". Two blocks are missing yet: "last updated" and "most popular".
an updated file is different from a new one. You can just have added some
fields or edit a field, without changing the file. So it's not similar to a new
one.

The new block will show the updated files perfectly. Thank you.
