download: only one vote is possible #37

I created 5 users and tested the like and dislike function. Within this test, I 
found get the problem, that only one vote is possible for the moment.

If I vote a file, another user can not vote again, the counter will not show 
any other likes or dislikes.

No, just Rating feature does his hob and banned your mail address. Not allowed 
to vote several times for one file.
