Added vscode jq extension → vscode-jq-playground

What do you think of the other vscode extension in the list? Is it garbage?

No, it isn't. It is different, is used to run query on the fly from running command input. My extension has a different propose, it work as a notebook.

I'm just asking because I don't use vscode so I included that one without inspecting it first. If it works well, we'll keep it here, otherwise we must remove.
