1 year ago Similar issue using Brave browser. On a blank page and with Brave Shields turned off. The log in the extension settings folder just shows recovering old log and that's it. The Manifest file shows no change since I installed it. Policy continues to show site (in my case primal.net) as allowed all for the actions granted.
I allowed a website to decrypt always. Then I thought it might not be a good idea and tried to revoke it , but it didn't work
