duplicated names in assigned students' list #36

on the "Assign students to this evaluation round" list, some names are duplicated so the stats numbers are not accurate

Ok I think this is happens after we start the global evaluation. Going to fix it.

You are right, pushing tomorrow the fix. In the meanwhile the number is 94.
