Not sending email on detected failure #12

Hello and thanks for this plugin!

I've followed the guide (multiple times) and think I've set it up correctly, but I'm not getting the email upon failure.

Send test email works fine
"Take Request" works and puts boxes around failures
IP is same in plugin and 'server', I can browse to it and get file upload
Getting logs about failures in 'octoprint.log'

Any ideas what might be wrong? (A side question: Is this plugin also supposed to pause the print upon failure?)

Added auto-pause on failure feature (with adjustable confidence level) on my fork if you're interested and want me to create a pull request. Email still not being sent, but gadget takes care of that.
