remove codepen #35

remove codepen button and add examples on website.

image on top of readme should link to a live example.

codepen is another environment, it is better to test examples on flow-view website.

mmh codepen now it works and it is not that bad, but, adding examples as svg preview that links on flow-view website is a good choice.

First example added in homepage
