We can just start with the harmonized only GeoParquet one in Source Cooperative already, which removed all the country-specific fields. We should make a eurocrops extension with their three attributes, and could calculate area/perimeter. Eventually we should do a proper 'merge' of all the individual fiboa eurocrops dataset, but it'd be good to just get one big dataset with everything.
