Provide schemas #7

The schemas have a GeoJSON focus. They must be made more generic and provided for all encodings properly.

There are various open questions with regards to providing schemas also for GeoParquet, see e.g. also #3 and #5.

A generic schema will be provided and tooling needs to implement that accordingly. For JSON Schema a converter is available in the repo. See #8
