This is the PR that has all the modules pulled into their own apps. Be sure to review the updated README for the updated settings for INSTALLED_APPS. Pretty much everything in this one should be under-the-hood, no new user features or visual updates to the site.

Incidentally, this PR will bring your working repo up to date with mine. I have a couple of branches I'm on working in right now but nothing that's ready to push.

Just as an FYI, this PR now includes a couple of minor visual tweaks and one bug fix for blog comment pagination I ran across today when the most recent blog exceeded 15 comments. :-P

Just as an FYI, when you get around to pulling this request, it includes a couple of minor bug squashes I found relating to email notifications being sent for story drafts as well as final submitted versions, and to plug a hole where users could see another author's draft if they knew the proper link. Those issues have been patched now.
