[Feature Request] Perlin noise for displacements #335

Perlin noise button for displacements would be useful for natural terrain it would also be nice if it had a settings menu like the noise option in displacement

i expect these settings in the menu:

Perlin noise map scale
offset for variety (or a seed)
obviously min and max in hammer units
