The picture shows the problem. Two segments are clearly missing.
Cylinder (768x768) with 96 segments cuts only 22 segments per quarter instead of expected 24 (96/4)
NOTE : Notice the 26 faces. This is correct for 22 segments.
NOTE : Cant compare this with original Hammer because of the 32 segment cap (valid range between 3-32).
NOTE : A cylinder (704x704) with 88 segments produces the correct result (22 segments per quarter).
