For me the best way to do it is to use this blender's addon: https://github.com/lasa01/io_import_vmf but it requires this one: http://steamreview.org/BlenderSourceTools/
Hey - I am working on a project outside of the Source Engine that uses .obj fairly heavily. I would like to use some of my custom levels from my days of Modding Half Life 2 and making Source Engine mods in this project in the form of a .Obj preferably with the textures mapped to the proper faces.
