Hammer++ will not be open source at the moment. After the porting to other engine branches (CSGO, Garry's Mod, L4D2 etc) is done, which would mean I'm finished with the project entirely, I might consider open sourcing however.

You already kinda did Gmod, it's just not very efficient.
Update: Hammer++ will no longer be open source as I am now licensed under Valve. If you are a licensee for another Source engine mod however, I can provide the Hammer++ code.

Now a have a question: could I include hammer++ with my future own free mod in steam with official SDK package?

Are you intending to make Hammer++ open source? I feel like it would be a really good asset to the Source mapping community if people were able to jump in and make fixes/features of their own. I particularly would be well up for building and adding things to it if that were the case.
I understand that there might be some licensing issues with the code (I have no idea what your process has been for making the modifications), in which case that's fair enough. Just thought I'd ask.
