This is a feature I use regularly in Blender but sorely lacking in Hammer. I need to be able to instantly snap one object to another object's exact location/coordinate (both are models / prop_statics), based on the origin points of both objects. I don't believe there's an easy way to do this in Hammer yet (correct me if I'm wrong), so what I do is I open the VMF file in a text editor and copy/paste the "origin" property of the destination object to the object I'm trying to move. It'd be nice to not need to do that in a text editor, and just do it in Hammer instead with a quick keyboard shortcut or button, like I already do all the time in Blender.
This would significantly help me position and layout the models in my scene. Thank you!
