Note: This is different from the scale function which scales everything from the origin of the selected brushes instead of the origin of the individual brushes and this tool uses Units to expand instead of scaling
This Tool would be a very simple tool to use.
It works by opening a dialog box that would Ask how many Units (Or whatever the users sets it to be) to expand the brushes by in all directions. The Expand Tool Also would work with any amount of brushes selected
