display.py:26: Create usage doc for display. #269

The puzzle 240-41ca8b76 from #240 has to be resolved:

The puzzle was created by duker33 on 14-Feb-19.

If you have any technical questions, don't ask me, submit new tickets instead. The task will be \"done\" when the problem is fixed and the text of the puzzle is removed from the source code. Here is more about PDD and about me.

page view is old name. Now it's called display module. Diagram is the most good form of such doc, i suppose
